A few of my photographs from Spain have just been featured over on StayYoung.
If anyone is wondering, I found this Sparrow in the busy streets of Madrid and instead of watching him be trampled on I decided to take him home to a lakeside house in the surrounding countryside.
After hand feeding him regurgitated ham and Tuc biscuits for 8 days, he eventually died.
In March this year I left England to travel Spain for 6 months. I had no plan of action, I just knew I needed to get away from the UK and my job as a tea bagger (no joke).
I didn’t process any films for the duration of the trip, and on my return home, I found my trusty AE-1 had turned against me…
I’ve been sitting on plenty of images for the last 2 months, but is about time I face the facts and get them online.
Ive currently got a collaborative zine with fellow traveller and photographer, Mary Roe in the works, so stay tuned for updates…
